Obviously the library has been taken over by pod-people or Cylons, and all attempts at communication will be useless.
Resorting to flamethrowers might, in this case, be understandable.

If it reaches eight, I will send another email. I'm thinking that this interlibrary loan person is really new and may not be that experienced.
